6. Cancellation

7. Liability

VaultGate is an analysis tool and does not provide investment advice. Trading decisions are solely the responsibility of the user. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the modified terms are deemed accepted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
