Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you have given your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

By registering and first using VaultGate, you agree to the commencement of service before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
